Q: Is reservation service available for foreign currency?
A: We provide ordering/reservation service when our store has insufficient of required foreign currency.
Q: Is Identity Card and Passport required for remittance service process in Sang Sang Exchange?
A: According to Hong Kong Legislation Cap. 615 Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance, below documents are required for remittance process:

  • True copy of Hong Kong Resident Identity Card or Passport. We do not accept photocopy copy or remittance on behalf of the others (even in a situation where Hong Kong Resident Identity Card and Authorisation Letter are both presented.).
  • Prove of effective address within 3 months such as, telephone bill, electrical or water bill, letters from government or bank bills etc.
Q: Does Sang Sang Exchange provide online remittance service?
A: We are sorry to inform that all remittance service would need to be done in our physical stores.
